  • Full Service Cash Bar & Bartenders

  • One Security Guards for every 100 Guests 

  • Full Service Industrial Kitchen for caterer use, Southwest Event Center does not cater. However any licensed caterer of your choice is welcome. 

  • 16 Tables with 10 chairs at each table inside reception area, seating 160. 

  • 20 Barstools at Bar making indoor reception area seating for 180. 

  • Up to 35 outdoor 60" tables with seating for 8 at each table. 

  • Up to 200 chairs for ceremony area.

  • Bride & Groom Areas

  • Thursday - Saturday Set Up Time (certain amount of hours per day)

  • Area for Rehearsal Dinner & Rehearsal for up to (2) hours on evening before event. 

  • Use of entire venue for hours of 9:00AM to Midnight on day of event.
